We’ve entered NFL playoff scenarios season, even though the three teams capable of clinching a berth need to win and receive some help from around the league.

Here’s a glimpse at all the math equations needed for teams to clinch a postseason bid this weekend:

Dallas Cowboys (9-3)

Cowboys versus Philadelphia Eagles (10-2); Sunday night, 8:20 p.m. ET, NBC

Dallas clinches playoff berth in one of three scenarios:

  • Cowboys win + Vikings loss or tie + Packers loss or tie + Seahawks loss + Buccaneers loss or tie + Lions win or tie + Rams loss or tie (as long as GB and MIN both don’t tie) OR
  • Cowboys win + Vikings loss or tie + Packers loss or tie + Seahawks loss + Buccaneers loss or tie + Lions win or tie + Saints loss or tie (as long as GB and MIN both don’t tie) OR
  • Cowboys win + Vikings loss or tie + Packers loss or tie + Seahawks loss + Buccaneers tie + Lions win or tie
